Frieze Masters, which sits alongside Frieze London, is one of the most important art fairs, showcasing over 130 of the world’s finest galleries. The fair, founded in 2012 and which now attracts around 60,000 visitors, takes place each year in Regent’s Park, London and offers a unique contemporary perspective on thousands of years of art history, from collectable objects to significant masterpieces from the ancient era and Old Masters to the late 20th century.
The fair is visited by those who have an interest in the art world, many of whom are the general public. But numerous curators, artists, collectors, gallerists, conservators and critics also visit and we were thrilled to part of Frieze this year when we attended the event Friday 18th October.
We knew that we’d be pushed for time as we’d arranged to meet some clients and prospects as well having drinks with industry friends and peers, so little wonder we were one of the last to leave! It was certainly time well spent with much to take in – it’s a feast for the eyes and brain!
Here are a a few images from what was both a fantastic and inspiring day.
